Delhi NCR restaurants are launching new monsoon menus.
As the season turns golden and the mercury rises, restaurants across Delhi NCR are embracing the freshest produce and boldest flavours with vibrant new menus and food festivals. Whether it’s a Pan-Asian feast, a Mediterranean twilight affair, a superfood-powered dining experience, a creative celebration of South Indian staples, or a soulful Mexican monsoon menu, these offerings capture summer and the rains in all their delicious diversity.
Here’s some of Delhi NCR’s unmissable seasonal experiences worth savouring.
Zambar
Zambar, the coastal South Indian restaurant nestled in the heart of Gurgaon, is rewriting breakfast (and all-day dining) rules with its Idli Festival starting June 25. With over 20 varieties on offer, from Chettinad-spiced idlis to gooey stuffed cheese and fusion favourites like Idli Chaat, this is far more than your everyday sambhar-chutney affair. Curated platters like the Masala Idli Platter and Fusion Idli Platter allow guests to sample the diversity of South Indian flavours, while multigrain and ragi options cater to the health-conscious. It’s inventive, nostalgic, and delightfully satisfying all in one steamy, fluffy bite.
